Dhora (Mieke Wijaya), mengesankan penderita psikopat. Ia membunuh ibunya untuk menguasai perkebunan Ciganyar, sehingga ayah tirinya (Ami Prijono) hilang ingatan. Adiknya, Lila (Suzanna), pengantin baru, disiram air racun, tapi tak mati.
Ketika hendak dikubur, terdengar tangis bayi. Ia melahirkan dan ditolong pembantu setianya, anaknya diselamatkan dokter dan di akhir film sempat kembali pada suaminya, Robby (Robby Hart) yang pulang dari luar negeri dan memecahkan misteri hantu pengganggu. Hantu tadi adalah Lila yang menakut-nakuti penduduk Ciganyar, padahal sebenarnya ia hanya berurusan dengan Dhora. Tapi, horor itulah yang memang hendak jadi jualannya.
