Berkat pendidikan guru Dewa Petir (Pitrajaya Burnama),percobaan penyuntikan cairan anti petir yang dilakukan Ir Sancoko (Teddy Purba) secara diam-diam membuahkan hasil luar biasa.
Tubuhnya menjadi tahan terhadap arus listrik dan mempunyai kekuatan luar biasa. Kehebatan itu diketahui oleh Gasul (WD Mochtar),seorang pimpinan sindikat narkotika.Bersama beberapa kawannya ia menculik Sancoko dan memaksanya untuk menciptakan ramuan heroin sintetis.
Penculikan juga dilakukan terhadap Minarti (Anna Tairas) tunangan Sancoko, dan Prof Saelan (Amy Prijono), penasehatnya. Namun Sancoko tetap bungkam dan menolak perintah kawanan sidikat narkotik itu dan bertekat untuk memberantas kejahatan dengan kekuatan dan kekebalan yang dimilikinya. Akhirnya diketahui bahwa kejadian itu didalangi Ir Agus (august Melaz), teman Sancoko sendiri.
