Ira (Ira Maya Sopha) yang hidup dengan kakeknya Ateng (Ateng) di sebuah desa, sangat saling mengasihi hingga orang tua Ira sulit untuk memisahkan mereka.
Suatu hari, akibat jatuh dari naik sepeda, Ira terluka. Luka itu ternyata tak sembuh-sembuh, malah diketahui Ira mengidap kanker. Amputasi harus dijalankan.
Kakek Ateng sangat menderita menghadapi malapetaka cucu yang disayanginya ini.
