Novelis Ayu Sutrisna (Suzanna) sering mengalami tangan gemetar dan keringat dingin keluar karena mengidap phobia tertentu. Anton (Alan Nuari),psikiater dan pacar yang merawatnya menganjurkan hidup santai dan menghindari suasana sibuk dan bising. Iapun menyepi di sebuah rumah tua milik ayah Anton.
Dua penjaga rumah tua itu mati mengerikan ketika mencoba memperkosa Ayu. Mereka diperkirakan dibunuh setan.
Akhirnya tabir terbuka, ayah Anton mengaku bahwa istrinya telah melahirkan bayi di malam Jumat Kliwon dan terbunuh.
