Merupakan film komidi khas Warkop, perpaduan unsur Jawa, Batak, dan Betawi. Indro dan Dono bertemu di kereta, dan sama sama ingin masuk ke suatu Universitas di Jakarta. Mereka sama sama berasal dari daerah, kebetulan juga kos di tempat yang sama, yaitu di rumah Rahayu Effendi. Di rumah itu tinggal Kasino dan Nanu. Di rumah kos itu terdapat seorang pembantu yang sexi, Elvy Sukaesih.
