Ny. Lina terkenal kecantikannya. Ia dalam keadaan koma karena sakit parah. Suaminya memutuskan untuk membawanya ke seorang profesor, selain dokter ahli juga peneliti masalah ilmu gaib termasuk hantu, tuyul, kuntilanak, pocong dan lainnya.
Kegemaran profesor ini tercemar oleh mental korup asistennya. Ny. Lina yang memerlukan darah, mendapatkan tranfusi darah istimewa, yakni darah Ny. Kemangmang sejenis makhluk halus yang suka menghisap otak manusia. Karena transfusi itu, Ny. Lina bangkit dan mempunyai sifat seperti Ny. Kemangmang, sehingga banyak korban berjatuhan, termasuk asisten yang korup itu.
Suami Ny. Lina yang pernah diberi petunjuk oleh asisten profesor tentang bagaimana cara membunuh Kemangmang.Untuk menghentikan perbuatan istrinya, maka dibunuhlah Ny. Kemangmang sesuai petunjuk yang pernah diterimanya.
