Beni (Benyamin S.) telah lama berpacaran dengan Ida (Ida Royani)tetapi terpikat pada Ratmi (Ratmi B-29) yang berhasil meraih gelar ratu. Gelar itu diperoleh karena menyuap juri. Direktur pabrik biskuit tempat Ratmi bekerja memasang gambar Ratmi untuk iklan biskuitnya. Masalah lain timbul karena kambing peliharaan ayah Ratmi membuat sewot janda kakak Ida, tetangganya. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah itu Beni menjual kambing dengan harga murah dan komisinya digunakan untuk pacaran dengan Ida. Kisah-kisah dirangkai sebagaimana umumnya film banyolan.
