Alvin yang sedang mengalami masalah dengan Inez kekasihnya mengalami rangkaian peristiwa gaib yang mengerikan. Mahluk alam gaib yang menyerupai setan wanita terus menteror Alvin sehingga Alvin tidak konsentrasi bekerja. Ternyata Inez pun mengalami hal yang sama dengan Alvin, diteror oleh setan wanita sampai-sampai Inez stress dan terganggu jiwanya. Siapakah setan wanita itu? Dan kenapa setan wanita itu muncul dari dalam karung? Apa yang terjadi pada pukul 12 AM ?
