Rio adalah seorang pekerja keras, seorang yang serius dalam menjalani hidup, perfeksionis dan angkuh. Renata adalah seorang penulis yang berjiwa petualang, periang dan easy going. Suatu saat nasib mempertemukan mereka berdua didalam sebuah lift yang rusak, berhenti 17 lantai di atas tanah.
