Liburan tujuh remaja (Sandi, Sarah, Puti, Meli, Angga, Adit dan Tika) ke hutan larangan berakhir dengan teror hantu yang muncul akibat perbuatan tidak senonoh Sandi dan Sarah di telaga dalam hutan larangan.
Meskipun telah diingatkan oleh seorang lelaki misterius (Ki Jiwo), yang diberi amanah turun temurun sebagai kuncen kawasan tersebut.
Tetesan darah perawan Sarah telah membangkitkan cerita satu abad lampau. Roh Nyi Gendewa bangkit lagi dan menebar teror. Sampai satu persatu para remaja tersebut mati terbunuh, termasuk Ki Jiwo
